PARI 2025 and Energiz Mouv are the two programmes that encompass the Group’s social and territorial responsibility.
Through PARI 2025, Teréga concentrates on the safety of persons, plant and their environment, the target being: “Zero accidents, zero snags and zero surprises.”
At the social level, the Energiz Mouv programme supports a drive for inclusivity, gender equality and employee engagement. At the territorial level, it supports economic and industrial actors in the territory.
Energiz Mouv is the programme that carries forward the Group’s social and territorial dimension. It rests on four commitments that feed into the company’s employer brand, namely: supporting the territories in the energy transition and the development of the local industrial fabric, contributing to the inclusion of disabled people or those distanced from work, guaranteeing gender diversity and equality, and strengthening the commitment of workers.
Teréga develops relationships with different stakeholders and uses its expertise to support territorial initiatives in favour of the energy transition. By doing so, the Group helps bring about economic benefits for the territory. With its closeness to institutional, economic and academic actors, Teréga works for decarbonisation through the establishment of local ecosystems. It also forges research and innovation partnerships in the field of renewable and low-carbon gases.
To meet the challenges of the energy transition, Teréga keeps at the forefront of skills development among its employees to build a more sustainable future together. The Group is committed to encouraging social inclusion and gender equality, putting people at the heart of its concerns. It prioritises quality of life and working conditions for its employees, particularly through the rollout of its QVCT programme, making social dialogue a driver of wellbeing at work.
For Teréga, the safety of people and plant is a fundamental value. As a responsible operator, the Group follows a structured and systematic process to manage all the risks associated with its activities, to achieve “Zero accidents, zero snags and zero surprises”. Embodied in the PARI 2025 programme, this safety culture is an absolute priority, allowing work at a number of levels, namely: industrial safety, safety at workstations, and also security and cybersecurity.
