Teréga SA confirms to the holders of its €500,000,000 0.875 per cent. notes due 17 September 2030 - ISIN FR0013534500 and Common Code 001353450 (the “Notes”) that the Undertaking Agreement (as defined in the terms and conditions of the Notes) has been executed on November 9th, 2020.  

Teréga SAS confirms to the holders of its €400,000,000 0.625 per cent. Notes due 27 February 2028 - International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) FR0013486834 and Common Code number 212581704 - (the “Notes”) that the Undertaking Agreement (as defined in the terms and conditions of the Notes) has been executed on 6 March 2020.
