What is “France Nation Verte”?

Faced with the climate emergency, the government has taken a number of bold decisions, calling for a collective national effort to reduce our emissions by 55% between now and 2030.

To achieve that, 6 areas for action need to be tackled: the climate, biodiversity, adaptation, food, consumption, preservation, travel and housing.

France Nation Verte provides a framework for thought and discussion, and guidance for the actions and commitments needed to meet the various deadlines. Working constructively with and for the actors concerned, providing the best possible support for those affected by the ecological transition, is therefore an absolute priority if the project’s success is to be guaranteed.
