Recruitment area

Personal data collected via the recruitment site shall be secure and treated confidentially. It is used solely for recruitment purposes, provided the required information is provided (data items preceded by an asterisk*). If these fields are not completed, the application cannot be processed.

This personal data is viewed only by authorised Teréga staff and by external recruitment agencies appointed by Teréga, for the sole purposes of the procedure for selecting candidates.

Teréga shall not communicate this information to third parties, organisations, external companies or individuals for purposes other than issues associated with the recruitment of candidates by Teréga.

Pursuant to the provisions of Law 78-17 on “data protection and privacy” and the recommendation of the CNIL of 21 March 2002, the information provided shall be retained for a maximum period of two years. Users are reminded that they may, at any time, delete personal data pertaining to them through their "Candidate Area" account.

Teréga uses its best efforts to ensure the information accessible via the Website is accurate and regularly updated. However, Teréga provides no guarantee whatsoever that this information is accurate, complete and up to date.

In no event shall Teréga be liable for any damage whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, regardless of the cause, source, nature or consequence resulting from viewing or using the Website. The Company also declines all liability in the event of interruption or inaccessibility of the Website, the occurrence of any faults and any damage resulting from fraudulent acts committed by third parties using the Website.

Teréga may be required to provide users of the site with hyperlinks to access third-party websites. The Company cannot be held liable for the content of third-party websites over which Teréga has no control.
