Appointment of Carolle Foissaud as Deputy CEO in charge of the executive coordination of the Group Teréga

Carolle Foissaud, 57, joins Teréga group and will steer the day-to-day management and operation of Teréga Group. She will also manage the activities of the company's Directors.
